Mental health nurses are available for home visits to individuals who have psychiatric diagnoses and are residing in the community.

The specially trained nurses support the patient in their recovery plan which may include the management of medications. The staff participates with case managers and other members of the patient’s treatment team to reach the individual’s unique goals.
